Methodology
topthings compares products using publicly available specifications, list pricing, and verified buyer ratings sourced from Amazon at the time of writing. Analysis and editorial framing — buying-guide sections, pros/cons summaries, and verdicts — are written from that data, not from hands-on product testing.
Where a claim in a guide is a fact (price, rating, a manufacturer spec), it traces back to the product listing at the time of publication. Where it's our analysis (a pro, a con, a recommendation), we say so in language that doesn't imply testing we haven't done.
topthings is reader-supported: some links on this site are Amazon Associates affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. This does not affect which products we cover or how they're ranked.
